Candidates for Associate Membership
If you meet the eligibility requirements, applying for membership is as simple as applying online. For your convenience, an online application is provided below. Simply fill in the fields and submit.
You will be notified of the action taken by the Committee and, if approved, you will be sent a statement for the annual dues of $150.00 for full members and $100.00 for associate members.
All AADC members must renew their membership annually. Please read this Letter to AADC members from Tracey Cline-Pew, Executive Director.
Renewing your membership is a simple matter. Simply print the Membership Renewal Form and mail it along with your payment to the address shown on the form.
Please note that the Executive Director's address changed this year, so please be sure to download the latest form.
